Our 30-day return window

We want you to adore your Anis Brows ritual. If something is not right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to start a return

1. Email ceo@anisbrows.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply with a return authorization and the return address.
3. Pack items securely — original packaging is appreciated where possible.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping is complimentary within the United States; return shipping may be the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Hygiene & eligibility

For the safety of all customers, items should be in resalable condition. Lightly used products are still covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — reach out and we will find the best solution.
